Dennis Martin Couture

Graduated from the De La Salle University where he earned his bachelor of science degree in commerce major in business management and entrepreneurship in 1995, Dennis acquired his fashion basics through a short course in Basic and Advance Pattern Making from Philippine Fashion Institute But he is mostly a self-taught professional with a strong instinct for design, proportion and workmanship.

He started as an entrepreneur in 1997 through a modest fashion house cum wedding planner and floral artist that he established in his hometown Malabon City, later opening a branch in Marikina City. It was in the course of managing his shops, called fittingly, Les Memoires, that he fell in step with and answered the siren call of the haute couture. Les Memoires has since metamorphosed into an atelier simply marqueed Dennis located at 38 Sampaguita Ave., Mapayapa II Village, Quezon City.

In year 2000 Dennis became a member of the prestigious Fashion Designers Association of the Philippines (FDAP). One of the perks that he quickly enjoyed as a FDAP member was to be chosen by the association leaders to join the annual Flores de Mayo of the Department of Tourism since 2000, enabling him to showcase the fruits of his talents and vie for the major titles in the company of top and veteran designers of the country.
